Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BotNesia AI workforce platform and website ("Service"). By creating an account, signing in (including with Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
BotNesia provides software that lets you configure and run AI agents and related business workflows. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for complying with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts and security
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Access to a workspace/organization is granted based on the membership records BotNesia holds and verifies; you must not attempt to access a workspace you are not authorized to use.
- Notify us promptly at the contact in section 12 if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose, or to violate the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or another organization's data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or introduce malware or harmful code.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm others.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
- Use the Service to develop or operate a competing product, or to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or security controls.
4. Customer data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and legal basis to submit the content you provide.

The Service may let you connect third-party services or channels (for example, messaging or identity providers such as Google). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and you are responsible for complying with their terms.
7. Fees and plans
Some features of the Service may be offered under paid plans. Applicable fees, billing cycles, and limits are presented when you select a plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotNesia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users.
- On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and contact) will survive termination.
11. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service over time. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
